Findings and conclusions not part of judgment. Findings of fact and conclusions of law do not constitute any part of the judgment but merely a foundation therefor. 4. Divorce ? Court correct in ordering party to convey personal property. In an action for divorce where the defendant wife made no claim to certain stocks and admitted that they belonged to plaintiff and that stocks were in her name and that she would endorse them and turn them over to plaintiff if produced but that she did not have them in her possession, the defendant was not prejudiced by a judgment quieting title to the stocks in the plaintiff and in ordering the defendant to transfer and convey the stocks to the plaintiff. 5. Divorce ? Husband awarded judgment. The judgment for the plaintiff husband for the amount of the bank deposit which the defendant wife had taken was proper.
